Who We Are 

Our company has been the evolution of several businesses as well as several people dating back over 40 years. The first company started as a consulting business whose objective was to provide accounting and administration services for small businesses. At the time, it was my father, Ivano Marulanda, who was running it. As a young man with a master's degree in business administration, he focused his ideas in helping small businesses be more productive and more competitive by using new technologies that were emerging at the time. His experience made him an expert in organizing companies, and at one time even specialized in getting bankrupt companies profitable once again. He did this for many years, gaining experience in the transitions that small companies face when implementing new technologies. As technology changed, the focus of the business remained the same while the style of the business evolved to portray the changes of the time. His background and expertise added the value of knowing what makes companies competitive and profitable.

With my father being surrounded with emerging technology, I grew up intrigued by electronics and the computer industry as a whole. I began working with computers at a young age. In 1998, I started a company called Technological Group Sigma, Inc, with my brother Octavio. Our objective was to offer small businesses a wide range of computer services including computer repair, networking, software development, and web site development. We focused on offering excellent customer service as well as a wide range of solutions that could help businesses become more organized and productive. As our entrepreneurship began taking off, we saw an opportunity to consolidate my father's business management background with my technical background as well as by brother marketing expertise to establish a company that would represent the integration of the technological world with today's modern business. We saw an opportunity to provide small business owners with something no one else provides: Technological Solutions geared to automate a small businesses' administration and management needs, while taking into consideration that the solutions needed have be applied easily and effectively so that the investment does not go to waste. With this, Techsigma, Inc was born.

Who are we, you ask? We are your partners in all business aspects, not just another vendor. If you need help setting up inventory management software, we'll be there.
